Michael is the founder of Niche. Based out of Kansas City, he completes more than 150 deals a year and has closed over 900 foreclosure deals in his career. Michael is committed to building the Niche community and an ecosystem of products that enable new and experienced investors to grow their businesses sustainably.
Urmuz Tagizade
Urmuz is the Chief Technology Officer at Niche, combining more than a decade of engineering expertise with strong product vision and strategic leadership. He oversees the development and scalability of Niche’s technology while influencing product direction and guiding the engineering teams behind the platform. Known for transforming ideas into reliable, high-performing systems, Urmuz plays a key role in shaping the company’s technical strategy, improving internal workflows, and ensuring long-term platform growth. His leadership bridges technology and product innovation, helping build a stable, scalable ecosystem for investors and partners across Niche.
Abbey Kobylinski
Abbey is the Community Success Manager at Niche. Based in Kansas City, she is dedicated to helping members achieve their educational and business goals while building a vibrant, supportive community. Known for her creativity, humor, and collaborative approach, Abbey supports members on their path to success. She may know nothing about real estate, but she is always happy to talk about dogs and Taylor Swift.
Kadri Strikcani
Kadri is an experienced engineer with a strong background in the real estate industry. Skilled in software engineering, automation, web design, and project management, he also brings a creative edge in marketing. At Niche, Kadri plays a dual role, contributing to the development of technology while also working directly with investors as a salesperson for Niche products. His unique blend of technical expertise and sales experience helps bridge the gap between building great tools and delivering them to the community.
