Michael Franke is the founder of Niche, the most advanced system for direct-to-motivation deals. Before becoming an industry leader, Michael was a schoolteacher who nearly lost his home to foreclosure. That moment of crisis changed everything. Determined to never be in that position again, he immersed himself in real estate, learning how to help homeowners in distress and uncovering opportunities that most investors overlooked.
Building Expertise
Over the past decade, Michael has completed more than 900 foreclosure deals, personally stopped hundreds of foreclosure sales, and built a reputation as one of the nation's leading experts in motivated seller strategies. His deep experience on the ground gave birth to the systems and frameworks that now power Niche.
